Flight Times

Please denote your preferred flight times with the designation of 1st, 2nd, or 3rd next to each start time. Times will be preferentially assigned to Gold, Silver and Field sponsor requests. All other teams will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis in the order your team registration form is received.

Your flight will start promptly at the designated time, so plan to be at your starting station
15 minutes before the flight start time and at the club no less than 45 minutes prior to
your start time.

Firearm Owner's Identification (FOID) Card Application
Fill out the attached FOID application according to the instructions.

Attach photo per the instructions on the FOID application form. If you don't have one, Walgreens will take a Polaroid and get you your picture
within minutes for a small fee.

To speed up processing, use of a Money Order for the $5.00 payment is recommended to avoid the delay associated with clearing a personal check.

Please be sure that all participants who are Illinois residents are in possession of a FOID card on the day of the event.
If they don't have a FOID card they will not be able to shoot.
