Shoot For A’s values the trust that our contributors place in our organization and strictly adheres to the highest standards in collecting, using and safeguarding our contributor and teacher information. This includes contributors’ information otherwise noted by level of sponsor designation. With this privacy policy, Shoot For A’s will not sell, rent, trade, or share any information about its contributors to any outside parties. As a sponsoring company you are agreeing to be part of recognition that may be present on the website.

For the purpose of your sponsorship/donation.

Your completed pledge form will provide us with your name, address, e-mail address and in the case of sponsorships, your company information.

Secured information.

Any employees of Shoot For A’s or the Three Rivers Education Partnership who may access your information in order to perform pledge processing and administrative functions are prohibited from disclosing your information to any third parties. Organizations that provide volunteer and/or other support services also must be in agreement to safeguard any and all information.

This is voluntary participation.

It is understood that your participation in the cause of Shoot For A’s is completely voluntary and does not reflect any obligations beyond your donation or sponsorship.

Refund policy.

Because your participation in the cause of Shoot For A’s is completely voluntary, with the donated funds be used to fund educational grants, your donation or sponsorship is considered to be a final transaction.

Your data is secure.

Shoot For A’s adheres to all acceptable practices pertaining to Internet transactions. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect including the use of a transactional gateway and firewall protection.
